A mysterious phone presumed to be the Huawei P60 has appeared in online Geekbench test results.
There has been no official announcement from Huawei as of yet, but the P60 series is anticipated to be unveiled as early as March 2023. That does not appear to have deterred anyone from testing at least one of the phones on premobiles.com.
P60 and P60 Pro are anticipated
At the very least, the P60 and P60 Pro are anticipated to be part of the Huawei P60 portfolio; the former is currently believed to have debuted under the model number MNA-AL00. According to MySmartPrice, the phone scored 550 for single-core performance and 2269 for multi-core performance on Geekbench 5.
The benchmark also seems to indicate that the phone has 8GB of RAM and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor. That option seems low-end; other options are expected to offer more RAM. Once this item is more formally announced, it is also anticipated to include at least 128GB of storage.
Android 13
The phone will run Android 13 according to the Geekbench score, which is not surprising. However, that is the height of the intrigue.
Regarding the Huawei P60’s additional features, it appears that the Pro version will have a triple camera setup on the back and a curved AMOLED display in front. But at this point, nobody seems to be aware of anything beyond that.
We can probably expect to see more information emerge in the coming weeks, including what the camera situation will be if Huawei actually plans to reveal the P60 and P60 Pro in March.
P60 series
The P60 series won’t be available in the United States because Huawei continues to be outlawed there, but people who live abroad can hopefully anticipate two new phones hitting the market rather soon.
